Returns & Repairs

Pretty Little Sparkles offers a seven (7) day return policy starting from the delivery date of your order. We do not provide exchanges. Please note that all discounted and custom items are final sale, including those purchased using sale and promo codes. Additionally, collaboration pieces are also final sale.

Please be aware that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Furthermore, we do not cover the cost of return shipping; customers wishing to return items are responsible for the return shipping expenses.

All returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Free from signs of wear or damage
  • In their original condition
  • Original size (custom pieces are not eligible for returns)
  • Returned in all original Pretty Little Sparkles packaging (including box and pouch)

Upon receipt of the returned item, your credit card will be refunded, and you will receive email confirmation. To initiate the return process, please email us at hello@prettylittlesparkles.com within seven days of receiving your item.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and wish to return it, please follow the return policy of the original retailer or stockist. We only handle returns for items purchased directly from prettylittlesparkles.com.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please note that due to our team's quick order processing, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. As most pieces are made to order, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase to facilitate any cancellations. Please contact us at hello@prettylittlesparkles.com.

REPAIRS:

For all repair inquiries, please email hello@prettylittlesparkles.com. Ensure to include your name, a description of the repair needed, a photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly from Pretty Little Sparkles, please contact the original retailer for repair assistance.

Please note that all repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests, returns, and exchanges.
